Soooo Sick!

Henri is still feeling puny. His appetite is minimal, and his diet consists mainly of tea, chicken noodle soup, and Jello. He added Robitussin DM yesterday because the cold now includes a cough in addition to the original headache, stuffy/runny nose, chills, and ache all over feeling. Most people can endure a cold and recuperate within a week, but Henri has to be careful. Almost two years ago, he was taken by ambulance to Heartland Regional Hospital where he stayed six days while being treated for pneumonia. If Henri doesn't show signs of improvement soon, I want him to go to the ER or see his doctor. We don’t want to a repeat stint of pneumonia. Lance was supposed to come home today, but Henri told him to wait until next week. We’re anxious to hear about Lance’s beach adventures on his trip to the Philippines, but Henri couldn’t enjoy a visit today. I guess sometimes things have to get worse before they get better.
